Clean and neat rooms, excellent view by the sea. Nice upper hill walk through stairs. Easy to go anywhere in the city with a car. Friendly English-speaking staff. Helpful guest relations desk. Good breakfast and lunch buffet. Nice swimming pool.

I had a fantastic stay at a large hotel with all the facilities I needed, including a fabulous sea view from my spacious room. The breakfast had something for everyone, and the staff were attentive. I appreciated the quick room service and the cleanliness standards.

Nothing, no complaints at all. This city is perfect for a vacation with great restaurants accessible from a football field and a charming old town accessible by tram.

We enjoyed our time exploring the local area, including the beach which was a short walk away. The panoramic restaurant had a great view, and the downtown area was easily accessible. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options and the staff was friendly.

Incredible Luxurious Hotel Experience We stayed at this hotel recently and it exceeded our expectations on all levels. the staff were very attentive and friendly, fulfilling all our luxurious needs. the spa and wellness center was incredible, with a relaxing indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. the outdoor area was beautiful with sun loungers, garden areas and beach access. the restaurants had a variety of delicious Halal food and special diet menus. the poolside snack bar was also a great spot for a quick lunch. the location was ideal, within walking distance of shops, marina, and restaurants.

Minor Issue with Live Entertainment the only negative aspect was that the live entertainment was not up to par with the rest of the exclusive amenities.

I was really surprised by the quality of the food at Rixos. The variety and taste were really good, making every meal a good experience. The on-site pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing way to cool off during the hot summer days. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Outstanding hotel with excellent service in perfect location adjacent to the beach, shopping centres and downtown. The rooms were non-smoking, the staff were best. Exceptionally comfortable bed for sleeping.
